A global event on gender, work and development
16/11/2015 - 27/11/2015 Turin, Italy
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in Turin. The environment provided with all the necessary amenities on hand, the range and experience of the various presenters, exuding great knowledge and control of their subject areas have made for an unforgettable week. Needless to say capping all the has been tremendous. Of course a special thanks goes to Mrs. Jane Hodges, who has endeared herself from we met in the Caribbean and continues to be a great resource of knowledge and sharing freely to all. I wish for the ILO and the Academy in particular all the best in their endeavours, as together we seek to make the world a better place for all, through love and equality in whatever we do. Regards to all.
It has been a wonderful learning experience in Turin. I learned new techniques from the beginning (introduction of participants) to the end (how to do an evaluation) of the workshops and trainings. thank you for this wonderful opportunity.
I thank all staff members of the academy for giving us an excellent learning opportunity last month, I have learned a lot and connected to many people from different countries. Thank you again.
Great in the drive towards a noble world of gender equality. Happy to share in this global resources. Congratulations to the academy.
Thank you very much for a truly eye opening experience at the Academy. I was glad I could make it. Coming to the Academy and coming to these courses keeps us abreast of international developments, and it's good, it keeps us fresh as judges, it keeps us "current".
I was under the impression that my government had no chance of moving from the informal economy towards the formal economy. However, with the techniques and exchanges that we have had, it seems now possiblent.
